Good times, relaxed mind states, and romantic moods are the primary subjects of all of King George’s feel-good tunes, and tracks like his 2022 single “Keep On Rollin” were streamed millions of times over. Carrying the torch for Southern soul, King George began releasing his ’90s-inspired melodic R&B tracks around 2020. Weekend anthems like “Leave & Party” and “Friday Night” caught on regionally, thanks to both local airplay and King George’s readiness to take his show on the road throughout the South.
