Meet Our Board Members at the BJCCA

The Birmingham Jefferson Civic Center Authority (BJCCA) is a public corporation established by Act 547 of the Alabama Legislature and subsequently amended. The Authority’s Board of Directors is responsible for managing its affairs and conducting business in accordance with its Bylaws. The Jefferson County Legislative Delegation appoints board members, while the Mayor of the City of Birmingham and the President of the Jefferson County Commission serve as ex officio members.
