Event Information

 

Parking Information  

  • Parking is pay on site, card only ($20)
  • Parking opens two (2) hours before doors
  • Premier Parking is located in the Orange and Purple Lots
  • ADA Parking is available in ALL Lots
  • Accessible drop-off zone is located at Entry A2 on 19th St N

 

Legacy Arena Bag Policy Information

  • Larger than 5"x7" - MUST BE CLEAR and not exceed 12"x6"x12"
  • 5"x7" and smaller - do not have to be clear
  • One-gallon clear resealable plastic storage bags are permitted
  • Small clutches and wallets are permitted
  • Camera cases, mesh / straw bags, duffle bags, and large totes are NOT PERMITTED

 

Arena Club Information 

Enjoy early entry, food and beverage options, and exclusive access to the Arena Club during the event. Arena Club doors are located through the BJCC Piazza (below Entry B) and are scheduled to open thirty (30) minutes before general doors. This does not allow early access to seating. This is not your event ticket. Attendees must have their event ticket and Arena Club Pass to enter the Arena Club.

 

Ticket Information

We can only honor event tickets purchased directly through Ticketmaster. Tickets bought from individuals or third party sites (StubHub, Vivid Seats, Vivint, etc.) may not be valid. If you purchase tickets through those sites or individuals, you risk purchasing invalid tickets.   
 
Picking up tickets from Will Call? Remember to bring a photo ID and the card used to purchase your tickets. Will Call is located at the BJCC Central Ticket Office at Entry A of the Legacy Arena. 

 

Security Information 

All patrons entering the doors at the BJCC during an event are subject to screening. Screenings range from visual inspection and bag search to screenings by a metal detector and/or a pat-down search conducted by security personnel. The purpose of the inspection is to detect prohibited items. Please take a moment to review our Updated Security Policy, which includes items that are prohibited at all BJCC events.    

 

Restaurant Information

Be sure to visit Uptown Birmingham while you are on campus. We have multiple restaurants and a coffee shop just a short walk from the BJCC! Visit Santos Coffee, Eugene's Hot Chicken, The Southern Kitchen & Bar, Uptown Cantina, Mugshots Grill & Bar, K&J's Elegant Pastries, Uptown Jazz, Casey's Sports Bar & Grill or Texas de Brazil before or after an event.
