George W. Qualls of Geddes, Brecher, Qualls and Cunningham of Philadelphia, PA is named the BJCC design winner.
Architectural Competition
An architectural competition organized by the American Institute of Architects is launched in New York, with architects competing for the opportunity to design the BJCC. Over 900 inquiries are received.
