Legacy Arena

Ten-stories high, 18,000 seats big with a tendency to sell out, Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex's Legacy Arena is home to a wide range of colossal stars such as Elton John, Ringling Bros. Barnum & Bailey Circus, Disney on Ice and many more. The Legacy Arena seats 18,000 for major sporting events or up to 19,000 for in-the-round performances.

Concert Hall

The dynamic Concert Hall is acclaimed by performers and critics alike as being one of the most acoustically perfect halls in the world. Large business meetings can make exceptional use of its 2,800 seat capacity with most speakers requiring little amplification, creating an intimate atmosphere. Linking into the fiber optic audio/video system provides almost any high tech capability required by meeting planners.

Exhibition Hall

Our enormous, versatile Exhibition Hall provides over 220,000 square feet of exhibit space. We can accommodate over 1,100 10' X 10' booths, meeting the needs of most national and regional conventions and trade shows. On the exhibit floor, connections for electricity, water, telephone, internet and compressed air are available in utility boxes at 30-foot intervals, many containing natural gas outlets.

Forum Building

Our ten-story Forum Building contains 364,000 square feet of classrooms, meeting space, conference areas, and commercial office suites. A comprehensive diversity of design makes the Forum Building suitable for professional meetings of virtually any nature, including legal, accounting and financial seminars.

Meeting Rooms

More than 100,000 square feet of meeting space in separate rooms adjoin the Exhibition Halls. Designed to accommodate a variety of set-ups, the meeting rooms are flexible and well-appointed. Meetings requiring technically advanced communications are linked by fiber optics to the communication center.

Theatre

Clever design, flexible staging and delicate acoustics are features of the Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex's 1,000 seat Theatre. Perfect for business meetings, the theatre is also tied into our fiber optic network, where effective remote site teleconferencing can take place. The Theatre is ideal for product launches or new product training for larger groups.

The Sheraton Birmingham

One of the most convenient and unique features of the Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex is that it adjoins the 757 room Sheraton Birmingham Hotel. The hotel can accommodate groups from 10 to 1,000 and offers a fully equipped business center, 20-hour room service, concierge service, private health club, indoor pool and video checkout.
