Concert Hall
Accessible entrances are at the main Concert Hall entrance off the piazza/courtyard, as well as at the 11th Avenue parking entrance, where an entry ramp is provided. Guests with mobility needs may also be dropped off or picked up directly at the 11th Avenue entrance for added convenience.
Legacy Arena
Entry A, Entry A2 and Entry B are all accessible entrances into Legacy Arena. There are entry ramps located specifically at Entry A2 and Entry B. In an effort to help guests enter the closest gate to their ticketed seats, please see below for the recommended gate entrances for each seating section:
- Entry A: Seating Sections – 104-127 & Floor Seating (Lower Bowl) & 204-232 (Upper Bowl)
- Entry A2: Exclusive entrance only for suite guests and credentialed media
- Entry B: Seating Sections – 105-115 (Lower Bowl) & 205-215 (Upper Bowl)
- Entry B2: Exclusive entrance only for Arena Club pass holders (opens 30 minutes prior to other entrances)
- Entry C: Seating Sections – 116-126 (Lower Bowl) & 216-226 (Upper Bowl). This entry is open on a show-by-show basis; please check the KBYG email for details prior to arriving.
Exhibit Halls
East Exhibit Halls: Accessible entrances are on the ground level of East Hall, with elevators to the 2nd-floor lobby. From the Hotel/Forum skywalk, a ramp, elevator, and escalators provide access to all floors. Drop-off and pick-up for guests with mobility needs is available on Richard Arrington Jr. Blvd in front of the building.
North Exhibit Halls: The main entrances to the North Exhibit Hall and North Meeting Rooms are fully accessible. The North Meeting Rooms entrance is on the ground level next to the Exhibit Hall, with elevators inside. Additional elevators are located by the concession stand, and a ramp from the main floor provides access to the lounge area.
Protective Stadium
All gates at Protective Stadium are accessible. In an effort to help guests enter the closest gate to their ticketed seats, please see below for the recommended gate entrances for each seating section:
- South Gate: Seating Sections – 112-123, 219-223
- Northwest Gate: Seating Sections – 104-111, 137-146, 207-210, 240-243
- Northeast Gate: Seating Sections – 124-136, 224-231
- Suite Tower Entrance: Exclusive entrance only for Suites and Stadium Club guests

Pre-Purchase Parking
Don’t circle the block—reserve your parking and drive straight to your spot on event day. Lot and garage opening times are listed for each event.
Where can I pre-purchase authorized event parking?
Authorized parking can only be pre-purchased through the BJCC website. We no longer sell parking on Ticketmaster.
When does pre-purchase parking open?
Parking reservations typically open two months before an event. For select events, parking may be made available earlier.
How long can I pre-purchase parking?
Pre-purchase parking is available until 1:00 p.m. on event day. In some cases, it may remain available until the start of the event, depending on other activity around the complex.
What if pre-purchase parking is sold out?
On-site parking will still be available at your event even if online reservations are no longer offered.
ADA parking spaces are available in all parking lots and garages throughout the BJCC complex. ADA parking spaces are for sale on a first-come, first-served basis. Vehicles that park in the designated accessible parking spaces must display either the temporary hang tag or a permanent state license plate with the accessible parking notations.
Pre-Purchase ADA Parking
A limited number of pre-purchase ADA parking passes are available in lots P2 and P3 for events in Legacy Arena, the BJCC Concert Hall and the BJCC Theatre. On days without Legacy Arena events, guests may pre-purchase ADA parking passes in lot P10 for Concert Hall and Theatre events.
